Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels

• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success

• Ensure high-quality standards and consistency across campaigns

Candidate Requirements

• French: Native-level proficiency

• English: B2

• Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred

• Must reside in Bulgaria

• Flexibility to work hybrid (remote on case-by-case)

• For relocation candidates: willing to move to Sofia

Remuneration & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,840.65 euro monthly

• Quarterly Bonus: 1,022.58 euro per quarter (paid quarterly, not monthly)

Relocation Package (for those relocating)

• 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included), booked by TA specialist

• Travel refund up to 490 BGN after 6 months (documentation required: e-ticket, invoice)

• Salary advance of 1,056 BGN, deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN starting with the first full salary
