About the Role

Join an international technical support project within a leading digital search engine environment in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide technical customer support to Danish-speaking users, helping them resolve product and service-related issues while ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced and international team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with product, service, and account-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and user experience

Requirements

  • Danish: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
  • English: B2 minimum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,500 (paid over 14 months)
  • Attendance bonus: €120 (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
  • Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)

Relocation Package (from outside Portugal)

  • Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details shared during interview)
  • Full relocation support upon arrival
