Customer Support & Sales – Polish Speaker – Remote (Greece)
Location: Greece (100% Remote – must be based in Greece or relocate in Greece)
Start Dates: 18 June 2026 & 16 July 2026
Work Model: Fully Remote (within Greece only)
About the Role
Join an international project supporting a globally recognized premium technology brand, delivering high-quality customer experience across Europe.
In this role, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with a strong focus on service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Provide support for sales and after-sales inquiries
- Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Polish: C2 (fluent/native)
- English: B2 minimum
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Must be based or willing to relocate in Greece (mandatory for remote work)
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization
- Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad
Working Schedule
- Rotational schedule
- 2 days off per week (communicated in advance)
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries
- Performance bonus: 10–20%
- Training completion bonus: €150
- Productivity bonus: up to €250/month

- €1,100 after 12 months
- €1,150 after 36 months
