Ad Sales Account Executive – German Market

We are looking for a motivated Ad Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing advertising clients across digital platforms. This hybrid role combines business development, full-cycle sales, and initial account management.

What youll do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads in the German market.

  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight our advertising solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closed business.

  • Support clients during the first 90 days post-sale to ensure success.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2+ years in sales or account management with proven results.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms.

  • Fluent in German (C1) and advanced English.

  • Understanding of the German market, culture, and digital landscape.

Location & Relocation:

  • Ideally based in Barcelona.

  • Relocation support available for candidates with a European work permit.

Salary & Benefits:

  • €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470/year bonus

  • Referral program: earn up to €2,000
