Ad Sales Account Executive – German Market
We are looking for a motivated Ad Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing advertising clients across digital platforms. This hybrid role combines business development, full-cycle sales, and initial account management.
What youll do:

Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads in the German market.

Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight our advertising solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closed business.

Support clients during the first 90 days post-sale to ensure success.
What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years in sales or account management with proven results.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms.

Fluent in German (C1) and advanced English.

Understanding of the German market, culture, and digital landscape.
Location & Relocation:

Ideally based in Barcelona.

Relocation support available for candidates with a European work permit.
Salary & Benefits:

€25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470/year bonus
