Overview

We are hiring Quality Expert Reviewers (German C1-C2 / English B2) for an international operations team based in Dublin city centre. This is a fully on-site role focused on quality review, policy compliance, and high-risk content evaluation within content moderation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of moderated content

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal guidelines

• Review sensitive content across multiple categories

• Handle escalations and complex cases

• Apply strong cultural, linguistic, and contextual judgment

Role Details

• Salary: €42,667 per year

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (08:00 – 19:00)

• Training: 4 weeks on-site

• Contract: Permanent

No time off permitted during the first 8 weeks due to training requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• German C1–C2 level and English B2

• Minimum 6 months of content moderation experience

• Currently living in Ireland

• Valid EU or Irish work permit

• Availability for fully on-site work in Dublin
