About the Role

Join an international technical support project within a leading digital search engine environment in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance to Dutch-speaking users, helping them resolve product and service-related issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with product, service, and account-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and user experience

Requirements

  • Dutch: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
  • English: B2 minimum
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for helping customers
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • 2 rotational days off per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance bonus: €135 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity bonus: €120 (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

  • Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details discussed during interview)
