Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker – Greece (Remote within Greece)

Location: Greece (Remote – relocation mandatory)
Start Date: May 2026
Work Model: Fully Remote (within Greece only)

About the Role

Join an international customer support project and help French-speaking customers with their daily needs related to products, services, and orders.

You will be part of a multicultural team delivering high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with product, service, and order inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow KPIs and service quality standards

Requirements

  • French: C1–C2 (native level)
  • English: B2+
  • No previous experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
  • NO VISA OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
  • Mandatory requirement: EU passport OR valid work permit for Greece
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
