Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker – Greece (Remote within Greece)
Location: Greece (Remote – relocation mandatory)
Start Date: May 2026
Work Model: Fully Remote (within Greece only)
About the Role
Join an international customer support project and help French-speaking customers with their daily needs related to products, services, and orders.
You will be part of a multicultural team delivering high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What you'll do
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product, service, and order inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow KPIs and service quality standards
Requirements
- French: C1–C2 (native level)
- English: B2+
- No previous experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
- NO VISA OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
- Mandatory requirement: EU passport OR valid work permit for Greece
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
