Customer Support Advisor – Norwegian Speaker – Barcelona (Hybrid)

About the Role
Join an international customer support team and help travellers around the world with their accommodation needs.
You will act as the link between customers and providers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service across bookings, payments, and general inquiries.
What you'll do
- Support customers via email and phone
- Help solve booking, payment, and service-related questions
- Mediate between travellers and accommodation providers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal processes and guidelines
Requirements
- Norwegian: C2
- English: C1
- Good communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using basic PC tools (email, CRM, etc.)
- No previous experience required
- Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
- €22,249 gross/year
- Hybrid work model
- Fixed schedule (rotating shifts between 09:00–20:00)
