Customer Support – Croatian Speaker –  Athens

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site – remote possibility after 9 weeks depending on performance and readiness)
Start Dates: May & June 2026
Work Model: On-site (with remote possibility after initial period)

About the Role

Join an international customer support project within the online travel and accommodation industry, assisting customers with their booking and travel-related needs in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

You will be part of a multicultural team based in Athens, helping users ensure smooth reservation experiences and providing high-quality support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist with reservations, modifications, and general travel inquiries
  • Deliver clear, professional and efficient customer service
  • Follow internal processes and quality standards
  • Complete a paid training program (3 weeks)
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Croatian: C1–C2 (fluent/native)
  • English: B2+
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Based in Greece or willing to relocate independently
  • EU citizenship or valid residence/work rights with full market access

Working Schedule

  • 40 hours per week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 18:30
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 – 19:30

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,200 gross/month × 14 salaries
    (12 monthly payments + 1 Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas)
  • €1,200 sign-on bonus (for this hiring wave)

Relocation Package (Athens)

  • 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office (extended to 3 months for May 2026 hires in Croatian roles)
  • Up to €300 relocation support (paid with first salary)

  • Candidates must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before start date
  • On-site work required for minimum 3 months (unless already settled in Greece with housing and internet setup)
